CHAPTER 1
Zitya is the name of a special tree found in a dreamy forest on the island of Rhodes, known as the Valley of Butterflies.
Every year, from May to September, Zitya trees secrete a scent that attracts thousands of butterflies.
​The butterflies rest all day, and wake up at night to mate, forming spectacular visual patterns with dots of black and orange, like the dot in our logo.
A beautiful analogy with the spirit of Ibiza, and its community of beautiful butterflies.

Located inland, at the foot of the road from Ibiza to Sant Josep, previously known as Naïf, one of Ibiza’s most fashionable venues which hosted some of the most memorable parties on the island circa 2000, attended by Mick Jagger, Elle McPherson, Kate Moss and others.

Zitya sources its Sound from the alternative Mediterranean music scene, featuring an eclectic selection of Spanish, Balearic, Greek and Oriental artists who explore Gypsy music and authentic instrumentals & vocals through contemporary emotional interpretations.
